Welcome Irving L. Seelye, the company president, founded Frontier Construction Company in 1995. It was incorporated in 1997 in the state of Minnesota. The company is 100% wholly owned by Mr. Seelye, an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Indians. The corporate office is located in Deer River, Minnesota with a branch office in South St. Paul, Minnesota. The company is certified with the Small Business Administration as a HubZone contractor and a Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Frontier also qualifies as a targeted group business (TGB), and a minority business enterprise (MBE). It was an 8(a) contractor until January of 2006. We offer a full line of heavy equipment construction services including excavation, grading, installation of water and sewer utilities, site preparation, demolition and other earthwork related activities.
