Equipment and Labor

Frontier Construction Company has a wide variety of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, trucks and trailers, as well as an assortment of small tools and equipment. Our equipment is well maintained and ready to provide the service required. Frontier is quickly able to rent other heavy equipment when necessary. Our operators, laborers, and carpenters are professional trade union members, as Frontier is a signatory member in good standing with the Operating Engineers Local 49, the Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota, and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.

All equipment is quoted on a fully-operated basis including operators, insurance (for Frontier's liability only) and supplies (unless otherwise indicated) on a straight-time basis only. Hourly rates do not include: mobilization and demobilization; the cost of special permits for moving; or additional insurance for demolition, pile driving, or specialized work. Rates are subject to specific wage rates that may be required for location of operation.
